Commission Work

A commissioned drawing or painting is a custom, original artwork that is made to your request. The current style for these works is the same shown in What It Means To Falter with color adjustments made to your preferences. The materials I will be using are watercolor and colored pencils on paper. The subjects of these portraits may include, but is not limited to, family members, friends, and pets.

Each individual piece is hand-painted, or drawn, and signed by me.

The turnaround time ranges from 5-10 weeks, depending on my current workload and the details of the art piece.

I am currently creating artwork in the sizes 8.5 x 11 in, 9 x 12 in, and 18 x 24 in. That means the maximum commissioned piece I will create is going to be 18 x 24 in. A quote is given upon contacted request.

If you have an idea for a piece please contact me to discuss your vision. This includes reference photos, inspirational works, colors, etc.

I am flattered to receive any request, however I will only work on commissioned paintings that align with the comfort and love I wish everyone to feel.

General Conditions

25% of the discussed price is due up-front, before I begin the work. I will send photos of the finished piece for your ultimate approval before anything is packaged. Upon approval, the completed artwork will be shipped.

I usually work via Facebook Pay, PayPal, and Visa/Master Card accepted via PayPal. A PayPal account is not necessary to use your credit card.

Copyright

All works sold are meant for you and no one else. By purchasing content made by me, you accept this agreement and agree to be bound by its provisions. If you do not accept or agree with these terms do not purchase the content provided. You may only use the content provided by me through this purchase for personal use. You are not allowed to distribute or sell my images or works in any form.

You can always take photos, make videos, or live stream photo or video content of my creations on the condition that you state the work was made by me. Any promotion of my product is always appreciated. All copyrights belong to the artist, Carmen Falter. No rights are assigned or transferred to the end user. My designs are protected by intellectual property rights.
